Their past and current lifestyle, tastes, hobbies, friends/family, spirituality, physical and medical needs, even their social preferences, all come together to create an optimal daily plan, customized to each particular person. Through our comprehensive assessment process, we determine what services and care are needed and the manner in which our residents wish to receive their care.

Shiloh Assisted Living Customized Service Plan provides an affordable approach to services and care by having residents pay for only the services they need or desire. Fees are based on standard and customized services, as defined by the Base Monthly Fee and Customized Service Plan Fees. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, escorts within and outside the building, laundry and medication administration. The type of service, how often it is provided, and the cost are determined through our comprehensive assessment process and are tailored to meet the needs and desires of each individual resident.
